TLTA is a statewide trade association representing the Texas
title insurance industry. Our primary membership consists of licensed
title insurance agents and title insurance underwriting companies
involved in the safe and efficient transfer of real estate. Founded in
1908 and serving over 13,000 professionals, we provide regulatory and
legislative advocacy, continuing education and up-to-date information in
keeping with our mission to enhance and preserve the title industry for
the benefit of the consumers of Texas.
