TLTA is led by a 13-member board of directors who provide the vision
and direction for advancing the mission and general purpose of the
organization. They oversee all the affairs of the association consistent
with the official bylaws, policies and objectives. The board meets
quarterly and throughout the year as necessary to establish policies and
set the scope of work to be carried out by staff and committees. Board
members are elected at the Annual Conference and Business Meeting in
June and serve a one-year term.
