TLTA represents its members through a Government Affairs Program at
both the state and federal levels. This comprehensive program of
advocacy includes regulatory matters at the Texas Department of
Insurance and other state agencies, legislative issues at the Texas
Legislature, regulatory and legislative matters at the federal level, as
well as any developments within the judicial branch. Additionally, TLTA
serves as a voice and provides a forum for discussion and collaboration
with related industry groups, members of the community and other
appropriate parties in order to address any issues of common
concern.
For more details and resources on each of these programs, visit
the State page for Regulatory and Legislative information, the Federal page or the Judiciary page.
