Print Ad File Submission Requirements
• A proof must accompany all submitted artwork.
• Do not include printer’s marks in the file submission.
• Do not include a bleed with fractional ads.
• Please supply only EPS or PDF print ready files. No film or
native application file formats.
• EPS files should be 100%, 300 dpi minimum. Please save all
fonts as outlines.
• PDF files must be submitted at 300 dpi or more and
all fonts must be embedded.
• Media accepted: CDs, DVDs and digital files via
e-mail. Submitted media will not be returned unless
requested.
Ads requiring additional preparation by the TLTA staff for website compatibility will incur a $75 fee.
