THE INFLUENTIAL LEADER
Exceptional leaders maximize performance, build cohesiveness, and leverage the strengths of individuals and teams. They bring out the best in others, and people follow them because they want to, not because they have to. Fortunately, leadership is a set of skills that can be learned. This session is an opportunity for participants to not only learn, but practice skills that will help them maximize communication, grow emotional intelligence, practice effective performance coaching, and create a model of accountability they can use when they get back to work. We will explore communication styles, personal motivation, coaching conversations and more. YOUR OWN PERSONAL PR – HOW TO BE A MORE CLEAR, CONCISE, COMPELLING AND CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR
In this session, we start with the premise that our ability to communicate effectively matters. Communication is central to people’s lives and our successes and failures, both personal and professional, are linked to our skills as communicators. To shape opinion, inspire change and achieve results, we must create persuasive messages and deliver them with impact. This will be an interactive session that emphasizes how communication skills, presentation tips and interpersonal competencies enhance our effectiveness around the office and in the home. Participants can expect to leave with a fresh perspective on how to be a more clear, concise, compelling and confident communicator. Bring a positive attitude and be ready to learn while having a little fun.

BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU DO: THE VALUE AND FUTURE OF THE TITLE INDUSTRY
The title industry provides certainty, efficiency and security to the transfer of real estate. What we do is a fundamental part of our American free enterprise system. We help people fulfill their dream of owning a home or a piece of land. Since 1874, when Pennsylvania enacted the first statutes authorizing the issuance of title insurance, the title industry has grown and evolved, adding value to the process. Today, TLTA represents companies employing more than 13,000 title professionals. Here’s your opportunity to take pride in your role as a title professional as Mike reflects on the importance of the industry, being an advocate for the value that you provide and the importance of a new generation of leadership.
