The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) recently announced changes to three title forms. The forms listed below have been revised effective August 2011, and TDI asks that agents begin using the revised forms immediately. Beginning October 1, 2011, TDI will only accept these revised forms.
- PC132 – APPLICATION FOR TEXAS ESCROW OFFICER'S LICENSE
- PC129 – TITLE AGENT UPDATE FORM
- PC141 – AGENT CONTRACT SUBMISSION FORM
