Your Advocate at the State and National Level
TLTA represents you year-round at the Texas Legislature. We present the title industry’s case to The Texas
Department of Insurance, particularly during Rate and
Rule hearings. Our staff and leadership are actively
involved at the national level, working to represent the
industry on legislative and regulatory issues such as the RESPA reform proposal.

TLTA is your advocate, working hand-in-hand with other industry
related groups to bring important issues to the
attention of elected officials, government agencies,
other businesses and consumers.

As soon as we receive title industry news we pass it on to you.

Messages, and 10 Legislative Alerts to TLTA
members.
Publications and Resources
You can purchase The Basic Manual and other title industry
publications, tapes and videos at discounted member
prices. We now offer online purchasing for your
convenience.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with like-minded
professionals on issues of importance to you and your
business. Serving on a TLTA committee gives you a seat at
the table as well as a voice on industry issues and in
planning for future programs and services.
