Insurance Commissioner Requests Republication of Agenda Items considered during the 2004 Texas Title Insurance Biennial Hearing.  Proposes Adoption Effective November 1, 2005.

Texas Department of Insurance Commissioner Mike Geeslin has requested republication of the following agenda items that were considered during the 2004 Texas Title Insurance Biennial Hearing.  These agenda items are proposed for adoption effective November 1, 2004.
