Commissioner Adopts Changes to the Basic Manual of Rules, Rates and Forms 
Effective Date: November 1, 2005

Texas Department of Insurance Commissioner Mike Geeslin has by order officially adopted amendments that were considered during the rulemaking phase of the 2004 Texas Title Insurance Biennial Hearing. These changes are effective November 1, 2005. Click here to view the Commissioner’s order.
