TLTA’s Day at the Capitol is for every title professional. It’s an excellent opportunity for you to speak directly with your legislators about the issues that impact our title industry and ultimately your bottom line. With the issues currently facing our industry, it’s important to show our strength in numbers and have our voices heard during the Legislative Session. By attending, you’re making a difference in the future of your business and your industry.
How Does Day at the Capitol Work?
Our biennial event occurs during the Texas legislative session. Join fellow title industry peers and colleagues in Austin in 2025 for the chance to meet with your elected officials and advocate for your industry. This two-day event includes an in-person orientation and legislative briefing session to prepare you for your appointments at the Capitol followed by a reception where you can network with colleagues in the industry and get to know the individuals you will be going on these visits with the following day. TLTA will schedule your legislative visits prior to the event and provide all the information and resources you need to talk with your elected officials and their staff before you head into their office.
