If you're a TLTA member, the price to post your job opening starts at only $250 for a 30-day posting, significantly less than other job boards. Discounted pricing is also available if you need to post multiple job openings. Posting a job opening also gives you access to the Resume Database Search, where potential employees upload their resumes. Once you've chosen your pricing package, posting your job on the TLTA Career Center is easy. You'll describe and categorize the open position and decide where applications should be sent. You can include the name of your company, or you have the option to keep it confidential. While your job posting is active, you can easily track how many people have viewed the open position and how many people have applied.

If you are a job seeker, there are several ways you can use the TLTA Career Center to find a job. First, you can post your resume to the Resume Database Search for free. This is where employers will likely go first when they are seeking to fill an open position. If you want to remain confidential, you can simply view the job openings that have been posted by employers here. Finally, you'll want to sign up for Job Alerts, so you'll get automatic emails when a job that meets your criteria is posted. TLTA's Career Center also includes a resources section, where you can learn more about resume writing and developing your profile.
