To take a certification exam, you must meet requirements in title insurance industry education and work experience. If you've been in the industry for several years, you'll likely have the experience necessary to take the exam. See the applications below for more information regarding the requirements. Submit your application to TLTA with the required application fee and once approved, you will receive an email approval with more information on scheduling your *certification examination.
*TLTA certification examinations are now exclusively conducted remotely online using a third-party testing company called ExamRoom. Complete information on scheduling your remote, online exam will be provided to candidates once the application has been approved.
