Core Knowledge Areas

The CESP, CAEP and CTIP exams include 28 core knowledge areas. For ease, the core knowledge areas have been grouped into four study domains: Title, General, Regulatory and Escrow & Closing. You can get a detailed outline of each core knowledge area below.
