How will I access the virtual events?

If you registered prior to July 10, you should have gotten an email on Friday, July 10 with complete access instructions, including a "ticket" with a link to directly access the Conference website. If you registered after the email was sent, please contact Michael De La Rosa for access instructions.

Is the 2020 Annual Conference canceled?

No, but to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, the TLTA Annual Conference and Business Meeting is being converted to a virtual conference this year. While we’ll miss seeing everyone in person, we’re very excited about creating a new way to bring our TLTA community together during this unique time and are working fast and furiously to build the best possible virtual experience.

How can I take part in the virtual event experience?

Registration is now open with a new, more affordable pricing structure. Please register by your preferred method using the buttons above.

What if I’ve already registered?

For those who have already registered for Conference, you don’t need to do anything now, your registration will automatically transfer to the new virtual event and we’ll provide you with options on any pricing differences.

I booked a hotel room at the Grand Hyatt. Will that be canceled automatically?

The Grand Hyatt will automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You should have receive a cancellation notice from the hotel via email in early May.
