Sponsor Fact Sheet 

Below are important details to maximize your sponsorship:

Exhibit Space

  • Exhibit Set-Up
  • (look for your company name on your table)
    • Sunday, June 9 – 3:30-5:30 p.m. (optional early exhibit set-up during early registration)
    • Monday, June 10 – 8 a.m.- Noon

  • Exhibit Times
    • Monday, June 10 – 3-7:30 p.m. (Exhibitor Networking Reception, 5:30-6:45 p.m.)
    • Tuesday, June 11 – 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

  • Exhibit Tear-Down
  • Tuesday, June 11 – 3-3:30 p.m.

  • Exhibit Floor Plan
  • The exhibit floor plan is under construction, please check back soon for details. „

  • Exhibit Space Details
  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs included. If you do not have a 10’ x 10’ exhibit space, your pop-up booth or banner must fit on on directly behind the table. Sponsored wireless internet access available. No signage will be provided, so please bring your own.

  • Security
  • Security will be provided overnight on Monday, June 10 only; however, please be sure to store your valuables and prizes in your guest room.

Registrants and Booth Personnel

* Please note- registrants and booth personnel policies have changed!

Platinum and Gold Sponsorships receive two complimentary registrations. Silver and Bronze Sponsorships receive one complimentary registration.

If you plan to add booth personnel to work your table, please send us their name, company name, city and email so we may make a name tag for them (limit 2).

If you plan to attend any of the conference events and meals you must be registered, please check with Kaylee@tlta.com if you have any questions regarding your sponsorship and registration.

If you need to register attendees for events and/or tickets, you can register online or download the printed registration form, fill it out and send it in.

Prize Drawing

 You will be responsible for coordinating/shipping your prize to your winner. 

Listing in Materials and Event Signage

Your company name or logo is on the conference website and in the conference program please contact Kaylee@tlta.com to ensure we have your preferred logo (Platinum, Gold, Silver). 

Golf Tournament Promo Items

We welcome any golf-related promotional items for our golfer goodie bags for the Bert Massey Classic Golf Tournament. For example, golf balls, tees, sunscreen, sorry – no flyers. Sorry, on-course distribution of items is prohibited. Please ship these items to our office by May 17. If you send items, please make sure they are unpackaged, or the packaging has been removed. We anticipate 125 golfers.  

Attendee Mailing Labels

As a sponsor you may request either a set of mailing labels or a one-time use electronic file containing all conference registrants either prior to or after the conference.  If you would like to receive the one-time use electronic file, please complete this form and email it to Kaylee Colón at Kaylee@tlta.com.  If you would like the set of mailing labels, please email Kaylee and let her know if you would like them mailed prior to the conference or after.  You can also access attendee lists online anytime.


All sponsor/exhibitor materials/products, etc. shipped to the Hyatt Regency for the TLTA programs should be sent to the following address AND include all the information below:

  • The onsite contact’s name and company, the Hyatt’s  contact and arrival dates must be clearly visible. 
  • Packages must be sent pre-paid and sent no more than four days prior to your arrival. The form states two days, but it is four days just for our group 
  • Handling Charges - Charges must be guaranteed in advance by credit card. 
  • View all the shipping details.

You can call ahead and arrange for your package to be delivered to your table, otherwise you will need to pick it up at the business center during their open hours. Do NOT send your package more than 4 days prior to the event, they may return it to you if you send it earlier than 4 days!!! After the event, if you do not have a pre-paid FedEx or UPS account and form pre-filled, you may visit with the business center. They will help arrange shipment details from the hotel.
