TDI has implemented a fixed annual schedule for collecting agent statistical data. Reporting forms will be available by March 1, and completed reports are due by May 1 each year.
Join Ann Garza, SVP and Chief Title Officer at Benchmark Title, for a practical, form-by-form look at the 2025 TDI Agent Statistical Report. Ann will guide you through the interactive forms, explain how the data ties back to your financials, and share the issues that most often trigger follow-up questions or report kickbacks from TDI. We’ll also reserve time at the end for live Q&A.
This session will cover
- Why TDI collects this data and how it’s used
- How to prepare your numbers before opening the form
- Step-by-step guidance through the required reporting forms (including Form A and supporting schedules)
- Reconciling premiums and financials, including tolerance considerations
- Common trouble spots (HOIs, licensed vs. non-licensed counties, losses)
- How to avoid errors that lead to resubmissions
- Submission basics, including the affidavit process and what happens after you click “Submit by Email”
Whether you complete the report yourself or oversee the process for your agency, this webinar will help you approach the May 1 deadline with clarity and confidence.
