Commercial Endorsements for Title Policies

This webinar will assist in the selection of endorsements appropriate to the transaction that will provide desired coverages. It is important to understand the type of property, the parties’ needs, and the use and necessity of a survey. In addition, there are non-survey related endorsements that provide coverage desired by the parties in a commercial deal. Moreover, it is important to understand the comparison to ALTA coverages, and where ALTA-type coverage may not be available or not needed in Texas. Finally, understanding closing instructions and dealing with requested endorsement coverages is critical to the transaction.
