
This one-day program walks through the life cycle of a title transaction — from commitment to closing. Faculty will cover commitments, surveys, endorsements, deeds, releases, boundary agreements, heirship and authority documents, and closing instructions, giving you practical tools and confidence for smooth, efficient closings.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Interpret commitments, surveys, and endorsements with confidence
- Prepare and review deeds, releases, and lender documentation
- Address boundary agreements, easements, heirship, and authority documents effectively
- Apply closing instructions and objection letters to ensure accurate, timely closings

Registration Fees: $350 Member / $400 Non-member (until Oct. 17) | $375 Member/ $425 Non-member (Oct.18 - Dec. 3)
Cancellation/Substitution Policy: If you need to cancel, we’re happy to offer a full refund as long as your cancellation reaches us by November 3, 2025. For cancellations between November 4 and November 21, 2025, we’ll refund your registration minus a $50 cancellation fee. After November 21, 2025, we’re unable to offer a refund, but we’ll transfer your registration to the On-Demand version of this course and refund the difference in fees. If you’re unable to attend, someone else may attend in your place. Please note that no-shows won’t be refunded or credited toward future events. If TLTA must cancel the event, we’ll refund registrations in full but will not be responsible for any incidental costs (including transportation, lodging, and meals) sustained by the registrant.
