The goal of this course is to familiarize title professionals with the creation and adoption of a Uniform Letter of Instructions by the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization. 25 years in the making, the finalized uniform instructions that will be used by the vast majority of lenders in the very near future will make the closing process less confusing and less vulnerable to errors. This course will provide an in-depth look at the master and transactional instruction forms and will be presented by a member of the creation committee to provide an inside perspective and knowledge of the forms.
