This course reviews the T-00 and commonly asked questions regarding the form. What is the T-00? When is it used? And most importantly, who can you split premium with, and what are the associated procedural rules? 
 
The discussion includes how to fill out the form to stay in compliance with requirements set forth in the Basic Manual. While the instructions may be on the form, many title agents get confused as to who does what and how to fill out of the form accurately.  
 
Webinar presenters will go over Sections 1, 2 and 3, giving examples for each section. We will finish with explanation of how the T-00 associates directly with schedules on the Experience Report.
