EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES ABOUND!
The West Texas Regional Seminar/Video Simulcast was held on September 13 with a total of 178 participants in Lubbock, Midland and El Paso. The video simulcast format has been well received in West Texas for the past two years. We are already working to refine some of the technical issues that present a challenge when broadcasting to several locations in order to make next year's program even better. An Unclaimed Property Teleconference was held Sept. 18 to a total of 51 participants with speakers Kay Tuggle and Elaine Walker from the Unclaimed Property Holder Reporting Section of the Office of the Texas Comptroller.
Registrations are beginning to roll in for both the October 2 Legislative Update Teleconference and the October 14-15 Austin Regional Seminar to be held at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. We will offer our first of three Abstract/Examination Workshops on November 5 in San Antonio, as well as our revamped Advanced Closing Issues Seminar in Irving on November 13. Don't miss the great line-up of programs TLTA is offering this fall - and earn CEUs at the same time! For more information about any of these seminars, or to view the 2003-2004 TLTA education calendar, click here.
UPCOMING BOARD MEETINGS
