San Patricio County Title Industry Professional Receives Prestigious Award From Statewide Trade Association
AUSTIN – The Texas Land Title Association (TLTA), one of the state’s oldest trade associations, recently presented Marysol Ortiz, Senior Escrow Officer at Northshore Title, Inc., with the esteemed Professional Excellence Award. The award recognizes those in the title industry who make a difference behind the scenes and highlights their extraordinary achievement. Winners of this award are nominated by co-workers or peers and received strong recommendations.

After beginning her career at the Law Office of Nathan A. East, Marysol started working for Northshore Title, Inc., in 2003. An active participant in TLTA and Texas Real Estate Commission activities, she is known and respected throughout her company and beyond for her exceptional ethics and superb interpersonal skills. She has increased closings at her office over the past two years, and earned her Certified Escrow Settlement Professional certification in 2015.
