Completing the T-S1, T-S5, T-G.1, & Wind-Down Plan 

Title Examinations requires several forms to be submitted to the Title Examinations section of the Texas Department of Insurance.   The Completing Title Examinations Required Forms webinar covers the four required forms that must be submitted to Title Examinations.   We cover each form and detail the requirements for each.   Upon completion of this webinar, attendees will learn how to properly complete and submit:

Title Agent’s Unencumbered Assets Certification (Form T-S1)
Wind Down Plan
Title Agent Certification of Agent’s Quarterly Tax Reports (Form T-S5)
Policy Guaranty Fee Remittance Form (Form T-G1)
