Ethics - It's About Doing the Right Thing

"Ethics - It's About Doing the Right Thing" aims to provide attendees with fundamental knowledge on ethical considerations when closing real property transactions. Through the beginner webinar, attendees will learn about the different parties responsible for making ethical decisions in real estate transactions, including title insurance underwriters, title agents, real estate agents, and lenders.

After attending this webinar, attendees should better understand common law fiduciary duties, such as the duty of loyalty and full disclosure, as well as the duties required to uphold rules and regulations, such as the Texas Insurance Code and escrow relationships. The webinar will also include a discussion of ethical considerations related to additional duties subject to law and social media ethics.

Join us for "Ethics - It's About Doing the Right Thing” to explore real-world ethical dilemmas and gain a comprehensive understanding of ethical principles in real estate transactions.
