TLTA Certification Committee Makes Strides

Basic Manual Task Force Plans for Changes
The Basic Manual Task Force, chaired by Denise Holmes, CTIA, met in Austin on Tuesday, September 15. The TLTAPAC Board of Trustees, chaired by Bert Massey, held their first meeting of the year on September 22. Board members approved the year's budget and allocated campaign contributions. Kyle K. Rank has been promoted from Chief Compliance Officer to Executive Vice President, Agency, at Alliant National Title Insurance. He remains on Alliant National’s executive team while expanding his responsibilities to head agency for the company. He brings over 25 years in the title insurance industry split evenly between the underwriter and agency side of the business. He has been with Alliant National since 2010 as Missouri State Agency Manager, moving on to become Chief Compliance Officer before his current promotion.
