Jack Rattikin III and Patrick Rose Featured in Texas Realtor Magazine

Texas Realtor Magazine | Dec. 10, 2015
TLTA members Jack Rattikin III and Patrick Rose (top to bottom) were recently featured in the online edition of the December issue of Texas Realtor magazine, where they offered title insurance tips and advice for Realtors.

"Get written permission from your client for the title company to share information with you," Jack says on page 19 of both the online and print edition. "Without that permission in writing, title companies may not keep you in the loop, which can slow down the process."

On page 23 of the online edition, Patrick spoke about how title insurance agents see themselves as partners to Realtors, saying, "While we serve as a neutral escrow agent in any transaction, title agents look to communicate and problem solve proactively, to see around corners and to otherwise work toward a good result for all parties."
