TLTA Partnership With Texas Historical Commission Program Honored in Capitol Display

TLTA's work with the Texas Historical Commission on the agency's award-winning Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program was recently in the spotlight at the Texas Capitol in a temporary display.
On Oct. 10, 2016, TLTA received the 2015 THC Governor's Award for Historic Preservation for our work with the THCPP. This prestigious award, given to TLTA during a special ceremony conducted by Gov. Greg Abbott, recognizes TLTA and its members' support for the preservation and conservation of Texas' historic courthouses. As guardians of property records, Texas courthouses have long been associated with our industry and remain uniquely connected to our work.
TLTA would like to once again thank our members for being part of this important project over the last 10 years. As part of TLTA, you have helped make these historical preservation efforts possible, and we are proud to share this honor with you!
