Cancellation/Substitution Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. If you need to cancel your registration, you can receive a full refund by notifying TLTA no later than Friday, May 9, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds for cancellations received after Monday, May 26, 2025, but you’re welcome to transfer your registration to someone else. Please note that no-shows will not be refunded or credited for future events.
In the unlikely event that TLTA cancels the program, we’ll issue full refunds for all registrations, but we’re unable to cover costs like travel, lodging, or meals. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to assist!
