WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

All meetings and daytime events are business casual.

Tuesday’s President’s Evening is “Black Tie on the Back Nine.” Think formal with a fairway twist — black tie optional, with a nod to country club style. And because we’re Texas, the Texas Tuxedo (a sports coat with jeans and boots) is always welcome at our table. We’ve put together a Pinterest board with inspiration if you’d like ideas.

The evening includes the traditional passing of leadership, presidential remarks, awards, and our signature live auction. Dress to celebrate — you’re on the back nine now.

IS IT TOO LATE TO REGISTER?

Online registration closes Thursday, June 4 so we can prepare registration envelopes and name badges. After that, we’d still love to have you — just plan to register onsite and we’ll take care of you in person.

I WANT TO BUY TICKETS TO THE PAC LUNCH AND CLOSING BREAKFAST

The Closing General Session and Breakfast is included in your Full Registration. The PAC Luncheon is a separate ticketed event and can be added at any time. It’s not too late to add extra tickets to your existing reservation — give us a call at 512.472.6593 or text us onsite at 737.530.2645.

AGENT SECTION MEETING

The Agent Section business meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, at 3:15 PM in Wadkins A at the Omni PGA Frisco, in conjunction with TLTA’s Annual Conference and Business Meeting. All TLTA members employed by independent title agents are encouraged to attend and participate, during which officers will be elected and other necessary business conducted. The meeting is anticipated to last no longer than 30 minutes.

CONFERENCE EVALUATION

The online Post-Conference Survey will be sent to all conference attendees after the Conference. We appreciate your feedback!

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

CE credit is available for Escrow Officers, Attorneys, Legal Assistants, CPAs, and Realtors. The 2026 TLTA Annual Conference offers up to 6.5 TDI Escrow hours, 3.5 MCLE/TREC/TBLS hours, and 5.5 CPE hours. The Onsite Conference Program will list the hours available for each session and include a place to record your escrow attendance codes. Attorneys can self-report via QR code in the program. CPAs and those seeking TREC/TBLS credit should visit the TLTA Registration Desk for their self-reporting forms.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

 

During registration, every attendee was asked whether they have a medically necessary dietary restriction. If you indicated one, you've already heard directly from our Director of Education, Events & Professional Development with a plan for your meals, so you're all set, there's nothing more you need to do.

 

Because our menus and final counts with the Omni PGA Frisco are set well in advance, we're not able to take on new dietary requests this close to the conference. The Omni PGA Frisco prepares and serves all food and beverages, and buffet items are clearly labeled throughout the event. If a question ever comes up about a particular dish, the banquet staff are glad to help at every meal, and we always encourage you to use your own judgment with anything that affects your health.

EXHIBITOR PASSPORT AND GRAND PRIZE ENTRY

Passport Cards can be found in the registration envelope you receive at check-in. To be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, you must obtain at least 40 exhibitor signatures on your Passport Card. Turn in your card at the TLTA Registration Desk by Noon on Tuesday to be included in the drawing.

Grand Prize: One full registration for TLTA’s 2027 Annual Conference, June 13–16; $500 Southwest Airlines Gift Card; Complimentary suite at the Fairmont Austin for up to three nights during the 2027 Annual Conference.

EXHIBITS

The TLTA Sponsor Marketplace is located in the Ryder Cup Foyer at the Omni PGA Frisco. Exhibitors will be set and ready Monday, June 8 at Noon and remain open through Tuesday, June 9 at Noon. Don’t forget to have your Exhibitor Passport ready for signatures to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. The 2026 Exhibitor Directory is included in the Onsite Conference Program.

HANDOUTS

In an effort to go GREEN, most of our conference handouts are available electronically on the Mobile Conference Page. Attendees may access the schedule and session handouts during and after the Conference.

INDUSTRY MEET-UPS

Join us Monday, June 8 from 1:00–1:45 PM for one of three informal gatherings. Find your group and pull up a chair:

HOUSING

Important: There are two Omni locations in Frisco, TX. TLTA’s conference is at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa — 4341 PGA Pkwy. Make sure your booking and GPS reflect that address.

TLTA has contracted a room block at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort. Convention Housing Management (CHM) is the official Housing Agent for the TLTA Annual Conference and Business Meeting. Please notify CHM of any housing issues onsite so they can be addressed and resolved: 800.941.3315 or [email protected].

Why should I book my hotel with CHM? TLTA has secured a room block at the Omni PGA Frisco at a discounted rate. These rates are based on a guaranteed percentage of attendees staying at the official hotel. When you book with CHM, you receive immediate confirmation of your reservation, peace of mind that you’re at the right rate, and the ability to modify or cancel if needed.

When rooms are booked outside our official hotel block, TLTA is exposed to penalties for not fulfilling our room block commitments. Please help TLTA keep conference costs down by staying at the official hotel. We think you’ll find the networking opportunities and resort amenities more than worth it!

ITAT SECTION MEETING

The ITAT Section business meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, at 3:45 PM in Nelson at the Omni PGA Frisco. All TLTA ITAT members are encouraged to attend and participate, during which officers will be elected and other necessary business conducted.

LOST AND FOUND

Items may be turned in or claimed at the TLTA Registration Desk located in the Ryder Cup Foyer at the Omni PGA Frisco. To report a lost item, email us at [email protected] or text us onsite at 737.530.2645. To inquire about a lost item after the Conference, please call the TLTA office at 512.472.6593. Items will be held for one month after the event concludes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Need to check out of your room before attending the Closing General Session on Wednesday morning? TLTA will secure your luggage for you with an attendant. Bring your bags down and find luggage storage in the Kite room on the 2nd floor.

MEAL FUNCTIONS

The following are included in Full Registration: Lunch in the Sponsor Marketplace on Monday, the Opening Night Reception on Monday evening, the Morning Drive Grab-and-Go Breakfast on Tuesday, the President’s Dinner on Tuesday evening, and the Closing General Session and Breakfast on Wednesday.
Additional tickets are available for purchase. While tickets can be purchased onsite, buying early helps us plan and guarantees your spot.
  • Monday, June 8 — Golf ($350 per player) includes light breakfast and box lunch. SOLD OUT.
  • Monday, June 8 — Opening Night Reception is included with Full Registration; add-on tickets available for guests.
  • Tuesday, June 9 — PAC Luncheon is a separate ticketed event ($80) benefiting TLTAPAC. Not included in any registration type.
  • Tuesday, June 9 — President’s Dinner is included with Full Registration; additional tickets available.
  • Wednesday, June 10 — Closing General Session and Breakfast is included with Full Registration; add-on available for other registration types.

NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, TLTA’s meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to TLTA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

REGISTRATION

The Conference Registration Desk is located at the Omni PGA Frisco in the Ryder Cup Foyer, on the first floor, one floor down from the lobby level. A TLTA 2026 registration badge is required to attend all Conference events. Additional tickets may also be needed to attend meal functions.
