Explore the Institute Legal Library

  • With access to more than 600 papers from 25 years of Institute programming, this online archive is an invaluable resource and an excellent research tool for anyone doing business in the title or real estate field.

  • Papers are easy to find, simple to download and ready to view. Search by keyword, year or specific presentations.

  • Topics include case law updates, closing problem spots, escrow liability issues and more.

  • Cost: $89 plus tax for members, $117 plus tax for nonmembers.

The legal library has been a valuable tool for me and is one of the best resources in the industry.  It’s extremely easy to navigate and I can immediately find information on just about every topic relevant to the Texas Title Industry. The best part is that the library grows annually with the most recent Institute papers so the information is always up to date
