Notes about your hotel reservation
Making a reservation

All reservations must be made through CHM and the booking website. Making your reservation through the official housing provides you with:
- Resort Fee Waived ($40/night savings)
- Complimentary self-parking for overnight Hyatt guests ($20/night savings)
- Complimentary WIFI in both guestrooms and the meeting space, and
- 20% discount on all Golf or Spa services at the Hyatt.
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for the first night's room and a tax charge. After that, your credit card may be charged at the cut-off date for the hotel.
- You will receive a reservation acknowledgment number from CHM when you book your hotel. Your hotel confirmation number will come directly from the hotel after the cut-off date.

Cancellations
Reservations canceled after Tuesday, November 4 will incur a $25 processing fee charged to the card on file, regardless of when booked. An additional cancellation penalty of one (1) night's room rate plus tax will be charged to the card on file if you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival or if you are a no-show.
