After completing this program, participants will be able to:
1. Analyze title commitments across Schedules A–D, identifying exceptions, endorsements, and coverage implications.
2. Review surveys and legal descriptions, detecting inaccuracies, encroachments, and drafting errors that affect underwriting decisions.
3. Evaluate and apply endorsements (including T-19 and T-19.1) to real-world scenarios involving residential and commercial transactions.
4. Draft or review deeds and related transactional documents, identifying common errors and ensuring compliance with title insurance standards.
5. Resolve lien and lender documentation issues, including payoff requirements, prior encumbrances, and curative steps.
6. Assess boundary agreements, easements, and access rights, including their legal implications and recording requirements.
7. Interpret affidavits of heirship, POAs, and entity resolutions, determining authority to convey and ensuring chain-of-title continuity.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
If you need to cancel, we’re happy to offer a full refund as long as your cancellation reaches us by November 3, 2025. For cancellations between November 4 and November 21, 2025, we’ll refund your registration minus a $50 cancellation fee. After November 21, 2025, we’re unable to offer a refund, but we’ll transfer your registration to the On-Demand Course for the Institute and refund the difference in fees. If you’re unable to attend, someone else may attend in your place. Please note that no-shows won’t be refunded or credited toward future events. If TLTA must cancel the event, we’ll refund registrations in full but will not be responsible for any incidental costs (including transportation, lodging, and meals) sustained by the registrant.
