This rate will only be held until March 24, 2023.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

A registrant may cancel the registration and receive a full refund if the notification of cancellation reaches TLTA by Monday, April 3, 2023.

Cancellations after Monday, April 3, 2023, will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after Monday, April 10, 2023 will not be refunded, but another person may be sent to use the registration in their place. No-shows will not be refunded, and credits will not be applied to future TLTA events.

If TLTA must cancel the event, TLTA will refund registrations in full, but will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including transportation, lodging, and meal costs) sustained by the registrant.
